What do you dislike about Inbox Monster?

Honestly, there isn’t much to dislike. The core platform gives us everything we could need right now. Any time we’ve bumped into a minor learning curve or feature question, Bob has helped us navigate it immediately and has offered demos for in-tool add-ons we've compared with competitors. We can use the deliverability insights suite and real-time data visualization to proactively catch and resolve inboxing issues before they impact our baseline.
