What do you like best about IMS Logistics Management Solutions?

What I appreciate most about IMS’s LMS is how easy it is to use. It helps us see what’s happening at each point in our supply chain, and pulling reports is simple. But what really makes it stand out is the team behind it. They’re always there to help, whether that means resolving a visibility issue, finding a solution to a new challenge, or showing us new features and ways we can use the system. What do you dislike about IMS Logistics Management Solutions?

I honestly don’t have anything I dislike about the LMS. Whenever we’ve needed something adjusted to better fit Petco’s operations, the IMS team has been very accommodating and has worked with us to find a solution. If I had to suggest one enhancement, it would be an in-system chat feature for quick questions, but that’s more of a nice-to-have than a complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IMS Logistics Management Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

IMS LMS gives both our supply chain team and our distribution centers clear visibility into where our containers are and what’s happening with them. The detailed status updates help us catch changes early, and the reporting provides the information we need to make internal decisions. We’re able to review exceptions, identify shipments that need attention, and prioritize special programs when plans shift.
