IMS’s UI is very clean and intuitive, and the level of customization is excellent. The data is easy to access and manipulate, making the platform flexible for different operational needs.

The integration process has also been exceptional. Data can be imported and exported seamlessly, which makes connecting IMS with our existing systems and workflows very straightforward. Whenever an issue does arise, the support and EDI teams are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. Overall, the combination of a user-friendly interface, strong customization, seamless integration, and excellent support makes IMS a great platform to work with.
