What do you like best about IMS I?

Simple and easy to navigate, and the tech support staff at Xanatek is knowledgeable and always friendly and pleasant to work with. Functionality has improved tremendously since the IMS4 update, and I love the new Merge and Move features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IMS I?

It would be nice if it were possible to merge notes together, for situations where duplicate notes have been entered. I also miss the ability to zoom in on documents in File Center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IMS I solving and how is that benefiting you?

Logging accurate and secure client information is extremely important, and one of the most important aspects of my job as an insurance agent. Documentation and notation are a top priority on my list of daily job activities and requirements. Notation is of the utmost importance, and has been a saving grace in Error & Omissions situations.
