What do you like best about improveit 360?

It tells you when there's an appt already set for a date/time you're trying to schedule another appt for. I also like the Tasks we can set for other employees to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about improveit 360?

I dislike how we have to go back to different pages when scheduling an appt, versus having it all on one page. And there's always a glitch every few months where something has changed temporarily and not for the better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is improveit 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Usually, when there's a glitch or something has changed that is worse than before, they fix it eventually. For a while, the Zillow button wasn't working because the system added the extra zip code digits that Zillow doesn't register. They fixed it within a month or so. OR, sometimes, if we try to set a new/follow-up appt for older existing customers, it makes errors and doesn't allow us to make the appt, unless you change/edit the name/number/address.
