What do you like best about Impress?

Impress is pretty much the backbone of our company. We keep track of every current order's status religiously using it and are able to see what people ordered for their past orders as well. When I started at the company, I found it didn't take me very long at all to get used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Impress?

The program looks somewhat outdated, and sometimes it runs slow, and there isn't a lot of online support if you run into issues, but beyond that, I don't have any issues. It does what it is programmed to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Impress solving and how is that benefiting you?

We don't solve problems with Impress so much as rely on it completely to keep track of our current orders. We have Impress set up so that we can scan bar codes on work orders and have their status automatically update, which is a really nice and convenient feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
