What do you like best about Impero?

I really appreciate most the flexibility. When you have something that is this simple to use, both for you as admin and your end user, but it still allows you to grow, make mistakes, expand, this I think is the most valuable quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Impero?

As admin you have access to everything. Meaning that cool features like listing the controls you have not attached to a risk etc. drown in the size of your setup. It also means you need to be careful in naming reports, groups of users etc., your programs, as else the task of the admin to move around becomes daunting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Impero solving and how is that benefiting you?

Impero is supporting our business in several ways. Our biggest area is our financial and tax controls. Providing a good, structured, and easy way of documenting and signing off our most significant controls. We have also built our testing scheme of these controls into Impero, so providing assurance to our top management and Audit Committee. And we hand our reading access to our auditors, so that they can sample and test our controls and verification processes. But we also use Impero in our ESG area, for both Double Materiality Assessment and Gap analysis. We use it to gather documentations such as annual reports, General Meeting minutes etc. across our businesses for our Legal department. We have built governance structures in Impero for several of our other departments, allowing them to document adherence to their local annual wheels. We register and follow up on all audit issues, and we have just added a program supporting our IT departments CIS18 framework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
