What do you like best about Impel?

i really like the way pulsar works. i like that you can set up some procedures and functions and the software will answer the customers questions or direct them to a team member or a location on our website immediately. the software maintains contact with our customers and allows us to diligently follow up with them. What do you dislike about Impel?

We were missing a couple of features in the beginning, for instance, if we marked the customer lost in our CRM, the software did not pick up on that, but that is fixed now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Impel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pulsar allows us to maintain contact with our customers, regardless if the customer is responding or not. The software helps us ensure customers don't fall thru the cracks. "Unreliable Product"

What do you like best about Impel?

The automatic response is good for clients that submit leads overnight or after hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Impel?

The product is overpriced and does not deliver a Return on Investment for the company. I am locked into a 12 month contract with them which I would exit immediately if I was able. If you sign with them, do not agree to a 12 month contract.

The responses to specific clients are not intelligent and often aggravate them. They often make no sense to the client and the Internet Manager or Salesman involved with the client.

This leads to unnecessary tension created with our customers attached to a large price tag.

The Impel staff has taken feedback on these conversations for months but has not taken any action to make their product better for us.

This lack of support attached to their product has only created further distraction amongst our staff. This product is not appreciated (nor should it be) by our staff or myself.

I have learned a valuable lesson. AI is not a solution in a customer service business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Impel?

What do you like best about Impel?

Extremely easy to use. The software makes it almost foolproof to complete photographs for the vehicles on the lot. It is also fantastic that all you have to do is hit the upload button, and the rest is completely automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Impel?

Occasionally the camera for the inside of the vehicle shots has to be reset along with the application. Overall this is not anything terrible, but it can be frustrating when you have reset multiple times with multiple vehicles to photograph. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Impel:

If you plan on using SpinCar I highly recommend using a device that you do not have to use for personal use. Using an older device that you do not have to remove from the camera mount makes it very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Impel solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using SpinCar to take photos of the vehicles we are selling on our lot. The quality and style that SpinCar gives in not what one usually sees coming from an independent pre-owned car dealership. This puts us in a category all our own in our local market. What do you like best about Impel?

Prompt and personalized customer care at every interaction. The product offers a great light-touch approach prior to our sales folks engaging and working with clients. What do you like best about Impel?

First and foremost, the most significant achievement ever since we integrated Pulsar AI is that we never miss a lead without trying to get the most out of it, and we have 100% of follow-ups. But more importantly, I would emphasize the quality of engaged leads and appointments set by our AI assistant and the fact that when the number of leads grows Pulsar can handle all of it. What do you like best about Impel?

We had constant problems with consistency and quality. SpinCar solved both. In the digital age, customers visit countless websites vs. dealerships. SpinCar allows our customers to shop more thoroughly from home. We utilize their retargeting capabilities as well. The support team is hyper responsive and follows up on issues. "Best Photography & Retargetting System!"

What do you like best about Impel?

The amount of time the dealership can save taking photos with the system is astonishing! The retargetting is so in depth that it is VIN specific and can even focus in on what features the consumer was most interested in and use that data to entice them to revisit the site. The retargetting alone has accounted for 1/3 of my VDP views on my new & used inventory! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Spincar has made my customer's shopping experience a truly unique one. The detailed hot spots as well as the 360 view both inside and out, give a realistic look at the vehicle and has helped a lot with getting customers onto the lot . The retargetting system is above all else I've used previously. The amount of data Spincar can collect from my customers to then use to bring them back to the VDP via multiple channels is amazing.
