What do you like best about Impartner PRM?

The platform offers a strong set of features that make it easy to manage partner programs and adapt to different business needs. I also like how seamlessly it integrates with systems like Salesforce, allowing me to get a complete picture of partner performance and program activity without having to switch between multiple tools. Another major advantage is the unlimited user seats, which makes it easy to provide access to everyone who needs it without worrying about additional licensing costs. Overall, it's a powerful, scalable platform that supports collaboration across teams. I would also like to recognize Marissa Strunk, who has been a tremendous support throughout our experience. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?

One area where I think Impartner PRM could improve is the user interface. While the platform is powerful and offers a lot of functionality, I sometimes find it challenging to locate specific features or figure out the right steps to achieve a particular outcome. The navigation can feel a bit overwhelming at times, especially when you're trying to complete a task quickly. What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work with a diverse partner ecosystem, so providing targeted outreach and relevant content to different partner groups is very important to us. One improvement I'd like to see is more flexibility and customization within the available widgets and dashboards. This would allow us to better segment partners, surface relevant information, and create a more personalized experience. I'd also like to see continued enhancements around training and learning management, particularly with SCORM file support. Our goal is to make it easy for partners to access training, complete courses, and get certified without friction. Improved support and management of SCORM-based training content would help us deliver a more seamless learning experience and drive greater partner engagement. Overall, more flexible widgets combined with stronger training capabilities would help us better support our partners and provide a more effective and user-friendly experience.
