I like the customization aspect of Impartner PRM. Basic knowledge of html can help you create beautiful landing pages to suit your partners' needs. Before Impartner, we did not have a standard way for our referral partner to submit referrals. I wish a few of the features were more intuitive. Specifically, there are a few "workarounds" to get results that I believe should be more out of the box. When we want to send a notification to our partners, we have to set up a lengthy conditional workflow and manually trigger the send of the notification. For referral approval, we need to set up an individual workflow for each sales rep at our company. This can be time consuming and is a steep learning curve for new users of Impartner at our company.
