What I like most about impact.com is the transparent, real-time tracking, the clean dashboard interface, and the reliable payout processing. What do you dislike about impact.com?

What I dislike most about impact.com is the steep learning curve at the start. The reporting tools are very comprehensive, and the navigation includes a lot of detailed options, which can feel overwhelming if you’re new to the platform. On top of that, approval times for applications to certain individual brand programs can sometimes be slow, and customer support responses may take longer for smaller accounts. Impact.com addresses the challenges of fragmented partnership management, inconsistent cross-device tracking, and manual payout processing across multiple brand programs.

By bringing all brand campaigns, link generation, and performance analytics into one centralized dashboard, it reduces administrative overhead and supports accurate, real-time conversion tracking. As a result, I can scale affiliate partnerships more efficiently, streamline payouts, and spend more time on content creation instead of manual campaign management.
