What do you like best about impact.com?

Impact seems like an amazing platform for brand management and referral commissions. Its interface is quite user-friendly, and I really want to highlight the customer service they provide when you open a ticket. As a creator, with the potential issues you might face, getting help in a short period of time is extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

In particular, at the moment I haven't found any negative aspects. It's true that I've been using it for just over a month and a half, and except for not being able to connect my YouTube account to Impact due to how Google's connection with Impact works, I don't see anything that affects me in any way. What problems is impact.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Well, it hasn't solved a problem per se, but rather it offers a pretty good service and benefits me greatly as a creator. With Impact, I can receive payments for my referral commissions with the brand I work with. The system is quite smooth, running well both on the web and on the iPhone app. And a point that seems quite useful to me, at least in my situation of living in a country where bank transfer of my payments has no commission charge.
