"How I keep coming back to iMednet EDC"

What do you like best about iMednet EDC?

The ease of the design and go live, dev and UAT features. I can make updates and UAT quickly to turn around system issues or changes to the study as needed. Ease of Implementation is a key item to me when looking at EDC systems. "Good customer service and interactive database build process"

What do you like best about iMednet EDC?

Once we had our basic (paper) CRFs in place, the process to build the database was straightforward with our project manager available every step of the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iMednet EDC?

I have a separate login for each client(four total so far) that utilizes MedNet. It would be nice if I could somehow have a master login that allowed me access to all the communities that I need to view/update, without having to log out and log back in. What do you like best about iMednet EDC?

Intuitive navigation and system interaction with form approvals and query reply boxes. Full suite of integrated modules that are single sign on. Strong data review and cleaning functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iMednet EDC?

Could use actual auto-coding module with AI. Current MedDRA and WHODrug coding modules allow for synonym saves, but not actual auto-coding.

Text prediction when typing could be a further enhancement.

They should really get an ISO27001 certificate, their security and privacy measures are outstanding, but they need to have a certificate to make life easier for their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My favorite EDC"

What do you like best about iMednet EDC?

iMedNet is an excellent EDC for clinical trials. Dashboards, reports, and patient record page are all very simple and intuitive - all key information and action items are visible at a glance. We get great feedback from site users, CRAs, and sponsors alike. Further, their support team is extremely attentive and always willing to help with complex requests. We are able to program automated extracts to integrate with other systems seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iMednet EDC?

While I appreciate the simple design, I think the same functionality presented in a slightly more modern way could impress potential clients even more. I believe this is well in the works at Mednet. I think the mobile optimized ePRO pages could be slightly improved. We cannot change the text size for radio button options and users need to zoom on their phones to look at one question at a time. Although for most experienced mobile users, this is not an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iMednet EDC solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is easy to use for everyone, avoiding repeated troubleshooting or retraining with sites and clients. It is easy to know at a glance what action items exists, from reports and to-do lists that are specific to each user's role. Same goes for the design of the patient record page.
