What do you like best about iMaxCRM?
I love how simple and easy the interface is for this CRM program. I can take calls and help all patients quickly and efficiently! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about iMaxCRM?
It does get overloaded and depending on call volume I have had patients that call in that are a few seconds behind me and my live time so it occasionally makes it difficult to convey all of the information correctly the first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
