It's fairly intuitive, maintains ethical walls, seamless integration with 3rd parties like Lexsoft and their T3 platform. Also quick performance. I have no information about pricing, as those decisions are made above my paygrade. I also have not had to contact iManage for support, as support for my iManage Work needs are met by internal staff. AI is coming, I know that, but we have not implemented it yet, may do so with our move to Cloud iManage While I don't handle the finances of document management system vendors at my firm, I know we've been using iManage for years, so I assume the value is there for us. The UI is a bit dated, but I suppose its audience doesn’t need a lot of bells and whistles. Again, I don’t have much input on the Pricing/ROI aspect, although I have to believe my firm is getting the ROI it needs. iManage also seems to know they’re one of the primary, experienced vendors offering this solution.
