What do you like best about iManage Records Manager?

It is easy to use. Learning how to operate did not take very much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iManage Records Manager?

Emails and documents can easily be filed in the wrong area. You have to confirm that you are filing correctly. I have had my documents filed somewhere unexpectedly and it has taken quite a bit of time to finally retrieve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iManage Records Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

If the documents have been saved correctly, there is little time wasted on finding what I need. Also, I like finding similar documents for examples by using the searching tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
