What do you like best about ImagineBilling?

The ease of use that Imagine provides is really awesome. So far, training our workforce inside Imagine takes only two weeks! Also, Imagine is now making a huge jump into automation, which will speed up production and the time it takes for the info to get into the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ImagineBilling?

You really need to have an expert that can help you build up Imagine. But so far, Imagine has helped us a lot, in training as well as working for our clients. Also, it would be really awesome if they could have training videos. They sometimes work better than a person and it would be easier to implement in our daily work. We receive more than 20,000 transactions per day, and we have multiple employees working inside of it. Imagine has helped us gather all the info we receive into one place.
