MyPath offers a range of tools to help teachers make well-informed decisions for providing targeted interventions and supplemental instruction. The program delivers instruction through multiple modes, including video-based explicit guidance, independent practice, teacher support, and reteaching lessons as the need comes. Additionally, students have multiple opportunities to demonstrate mastery. One of the most valuable aspects of MyPath is its flexibility, allowing teachers to tailor the program to individual student needs. Educators can mark lessons passed after reteaching, remove non-essential lessons to accelerate progress, and reset student learning paths or assessments as needed. By strategically integrating MyPath with small-group or one-on-one instruction, teachers can optimize student learning time and provide personalized support for intervention students. With intervention, students' long videos can be challenging to endure. I wish teachers could turn on accommodations like text-to-speech and other language support themselves. Not all students receive that support, but our district's system does not support the personalization needed on the technology side. Students in intervention have varied needs. This program can give direction to teachers on prioritized concepts and skills that are helpful to accelerate learning.
