"Seamless Mobile-to-Desktop Reporting and a Huge Boost with BillingBridge Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about ImageTrend?

I like that it is a pretty seamless transition from a mobile device on the ambulance to finishing the report on a desktop, or can be entirely completed on a mobile device.

On the desktop, writing a report isn't too bad, but it does get tedious having to scroll so far down to get all of the buttons that need to be clicked; sometimes I think it might be nice if some of those fields were stacked across the screen, rather than being in one long line. The most significant example is filling out the vital signs in a PCR; it's a lot of "scroll, scroll, scroll, click, scroll, scroll, etc. Of course some of that is due to what our agency requires and doesn't require, but sometimes I wish that I could enter in number values for vital signs on the left side of the screen, then select the vital sign descriptors on the right hand side, or something like that.

I assist heavily with billing, so the BillingBridge integration was incredibly helpful compared to our previous billing program. For BillingBridge, it has been taking a while to get answers back after submitting a support ticket which can be frustrating, but the support is usually very helpful. The pseudocode to enact different rules on the billing side can be really difficult as someone who doesn't work with that all the time, and there's not a lot of references for assistance with the pseudocode, which is where we find we're waiting a while for a support ticket when we know it can be done, but we don't have the understanding of the pseudocode to make/enact the rule ourselves. What do you dislike about ImageTrend?

I suppose I got into that in my last answer instead of saving it for this page, but I do wish that the fields for entering vitals signs weren't in such a long line causing a lot of scrolling just to click a few buttons and enter a few values. I think it might be helpful, even as an option, to have the number values on the left side of the screen when completing vital signs, then have the vital sign description buttons to be on the right side.

In assisting with billing and utilizing BillingBridge, support tickets can take a while to be answered. We struggle to use the pseudocode function to write and enact the rules that we need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
