**What do you like best about ImageRight?**

I like ImageRight for its flexibility and ability to build solutions that improve user experience. I appreciate its help in assigning and tracking tasks, along with its integration within our in-house applications, enhancing our user experience. I am able to build solutions to improve productivity using features like importers, email receivers, and notes (NUP). Additionally, ImageRight serves as a wrapper to ensure that policies are issued and delivered correctly, along with task creation. I give it a high recommendation, as it helps me trust and verify processes effectively.

**What do you dislike about ImageRight?**

It's a very flexible tool, but learning can be difficult, now that I am part of the community expecting that aspect to improve. Workflows, any time we want to change we have to engage with an ImageRight engineer, and feel we could do more on our own.

ImageRight helps with task assignment and tracking, integrates within our applications, manages underwriting documents, and improves user productivity with flexible solutions.

**What do you like best about ImageRight?**

I like how organized ImageRight is because we're able to retrieve and find documents easily without having to search hard since everything is based on the year it took place. The workflow feature is also great since it allows tasks to be easily prioritized and streamlined. I appreciate that everything flows easily from one workflow to the next, which makes processing requests from customers more efficient. Using it for tasking helps us know what we need to do for the day. Additionally, ImageRight was very easy to set up initially, and it took about six months to a year to get fully acclimated.

**What do you dislike about ImageRight?**

I honestly don't think there are any because they're actively working in. They do have a solution for our current problems. We just haven't been able to work in that system, which is browser.

**What problems is ImageRight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ImageRight for management and organization. It helps track and organize documents, making retrieval easy with its structured workflow. It enables seamless task prioritization and completion, improving efficiency and reducing the time spent searching for documents.

**What do you like best about ImageRight?**

I like the many intake systems, especially the email receivers, and the ability to build a workflow around those systems with ImageRight. It's great that we can route our information to the right person at the right time. Without ImageRight, managing our massive daily document intake of over 200,000 documents would be a challenge. We've integrated ImageRight into every business process, which really helps in policy polishing and underwriting workflows, as well as integrating with our homegrown systems like Origami, AI models, and custom GPTs.

**What do you dislike about ImageRight?**

We had taxed our system to the max and had some instability issues, but we worked with Vertafore developers to find a fix and now it has been a lot more reliable.

**What problems is ImageRight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ImageRight helps us manage over 200,000 documents daily, keeping everything organized. I like the email intake systems and building workflows, which lets us route information correctly and timely.

**What do you like best about ImageRight?**

I really like ImageRight's flexible structure, as it allows us to set up workflows that are tailored to our Underwriters or Claims representatives based on company practices or guidelines. It's also great for keeping communication organized between the agency, carrier, claimants, and internal resources. I'm happy that we now have the RESTful APIs, which help with tighter integration with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about ImageRight?**

Reporting on tasks has been a challenge, and we would like tighter integration with Salesforce. We didn't have a great integration method before upgrading, but now we have RESTful APIs, which helps. Also, we want SSO availability, and it sounds like that's in the works.

**What problems is ImageRight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ImageRight helps manage communication between agencies, carriers, and claimants, and routes tasks between internal resources. Its flexible structure supports customized workflows for underwriters or claims reps, aligning with company practices.

I like the ease of functionality in ImageRight, especially with importing documents and assigning tasks. The ability to use Outlook with ImageRight for importing documents, setting task reminders, and making notations is really helpful. The initial setup was smooth with the assistance of Vertafore.

**What do you dislike about ImageRight?**

I would like to see alerts on overdue tasks. Some tasks may go 30 days without being reviewed by an adjuster, so an alert reminder would help with any pending tasks.

I use ImageRight for document management, importing files, and task assignment. It maintains my files and sets task reminders, allowing me to use Outlook for document imports, task reminders, and notations seamlessly.

I love how ImageRight connects all 3 of our offices in one place. We just recently started using the auto index feature, which we absolutely love. Auto index takes the place of manual matching to our claim files, making the process more efficient.

We're struggling a little with the browser, but that's probably because we are a few versions behind. The initial setup was kind of a lot, but it was years ago.

ImageRight connects our offices, allowing us to manage documents and emails efficiently by automatically matching them to valid claims. The auto index feature eliminates manual matching, which we absolutely love.

I like that we are able to name documents in the document description. I'm able to drag documents in. I can move documents to where I need them.

It's hard to find certain documents, and searching by date can be a problem if the dates are formatted differently. I would like to be able to have my imported bills have the name of the provider in the document description.

I find ImageRight helps me move documents to where I need them, but searching by differently formatted dates can be tricky.

I find ImageRight helpful in keeping our data in one spot and appreciate being able to put security on documents. It's easy to use, and I really like the drag and drop feature.

I find being able to OCR documents a bit lacking. I also think a better integration with Claims would be helpful. Plus, the building of the drawers was difficult.

**What do you like best about ImageRight?**

Workflows are very flexible but can be very complicated to maintain once created.

**What do you dislike about ImageRight?**

Support used to be very fast and all the tech knowledgeable. After the acquisition,  support has been much slower to respond.

**What problems is ImageRight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use ImageRight for Insurance claim management.
Workflows can be created to make sure Claims are updated and managed appropriately and managers can track progress.
The reporting tool is extra and should probably be included as part of the product like other products on the market now.
Permissions can be granular so that other departments can be given access to only parts of the claim file that they need access to based on their job/role.
I wish that they had started working on the web interface earlier and it had all the features that the thick desktop client had.
It has slowly gained ground on the desktop client we may be able to switch most of our staff to the web client at the next upgrade based on recent demos.

**What do you like best about ImageRight?**

Since we've moved to IR online, its been great.  It seems more robust and we have fewer issues with our day-to-day operations.  While we did have a few hurdles during the migration, the team was able to get us where we needed to be.  Our account rep is always very helpful when we need him to step in. We also like the SSO feature that has allowed us to integrate with out M365, which makes it much easier for the end users.

**What do you dislike about ImageRight?**

We have had issues with the email receiver since moving to IR online.  Mostly with being able to see it in the EMC. The support team, while good once you get someone on the case, can be a bit tedious before someone reaches out.

**What problems is ImageRight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used IR for 7+ years.  Its a very good at document management tool, helps with workflow and does do what our user's need in their day-to-day.

**What do you like best about ImageRight?**

We have used Imageright for over 10 years. Our user base has enjoyed the feature available, although we only use the desktop client as the web client does not support all the functionalities of the desktop software yet. The system is stable and supports our large number of documents (over 60TB). As the desktop interface doesn't change between releases, the transition after upgrades is very easy.

**What do you dislike about ImageRight?**

Lack of Text Search feature. Lack of Guidewire specific integration. Licenses are expensive.

**What problems is ImageRight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Imageright as our primary document managements application in the company. We have developed integrations through the Web APIs used by our Guidewire Claim Center and Policy Center applications. The business enjoys having the defined drawer for business unit to help them properly store and classify documentation.

**What do you like best about ImageRight?**

What I like best about the system is its speed and efficiency, which makes task tracking easy. The navigational tools are user-friendly and intuitive, and there's a comprehensive help guide for support. This has enabled my team to manage tasks, reprioritize them based on business needs, route them appropriately, and take action. As a result, we've maintained strong relationships and transparency in our workflow and business volume, capturing valuable insights into our partners' needs and focusing our efforts on important tasks with custom priorities.

**What do you dislike about ImageRight?**

What I dislike about the system is that it does not allow for self-service password resets. I also dislike the inability to track history, flag email responses, and have them automatically archive back into the appropriate files. Although we haven't fully upgraded yet, I can only speak to the current version. However, I believe that my requests and current challenges will be addressed once we upgrade.

**What problems is ImageRight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ImageRight is solving several problems by creating a centralized resource where multiple users can view documents for their business needs. It protects users from accessing private information that isn't applicable to them and allows other areas to manage the work driving the documents and details in the files. This centralization helps us concentrate our tasks and needs into one area, where we can identify trends, allocate resources to handle volume, and manage manual intervention tasks that require a human touch after automation has done its part. This benefits us by enabling better business management.

We have enjoyed the file-tree structure in ImageRight which seems to be fairly customizable.  I like that it's more organized than attaching files to an Activity which just gets thrown into a chronological list.

**What do you dislike about ImageRight?**

I've had issues with editing & saving documents that are already in ImageRight, such as adding pages or comments to the existing document.  Another downside that we haven't overcome, yet, is the lacking consistency of file-trees between different employees within the agency.

ImageRight is giving our agency a centralized and (mostly) organized location to place all of the documentation of which the agency must keep track.  This benefits me because I can easily access files without having to go to a physical cabinet and flip through paper.

Many of the uses are simple with the drag and drop and you can send/email from the program.

**What do you dislike about ImageRight?**

The menu bar is not easy for new users to navigate, and the icons your can add are difficult to see that many become useless.  The link with AIM isn't very clear either.  There are fields in AIM that we want to make available in IR now, but it seems to be a big process to make it happen.  There should be a simple option to link over AIM fields over to IR.

We are able to file our documents in an easy drag/drop function in lieu of keeping paper files.

We enjoy the ease of moving documents around, retitling them, annotating and packaging emails with documents housed in ImageRight.

The reporting functions of ImageRight (to grade throughput of employees, timing, etc.) could be stronger.

**What do you like best about ImageRight?**

The To Do/Task list is an extremely valuable asset to our business. We use it daily and it makes our processes run smoothly. ImageRight gives us an easy to navigate platform to maintain clean filing and keep up with current processes.

**What do you dislike about ImageRight?**

We are currently on the desktop version. Our hesitation to transfer to the browser version is due to the missing functions. I will be running a demo on the browser version soon to test the newer features that have been added.
