What do you like best about iHotelier?

I like that there are multiple options to view for weeks/ months ahead for businesses traveling in the area and staying at competitor hotels. I also like that they supply graphs and contact information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iHotelier?

One thing that's difficult is that there isn't an online tutorial. One has to click and click and do trial and error to find what you are looking for and certain information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering iHotelier:

Travel Click is a valuable tool in the hotel industry, but the information is vague. It would help if you dug deep into finding who your competition is and how you can contact businesses traveling to another hotel. Looking at all the information provided is a valuable tool. It is interesting to see the local competition and where the ADR can be improved on the property. However, the new interface was very user-friendly and helped my company gain a much-needed competitive edge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iHotelier solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are looking to see what companies are coming to our area and seeing who might be staying where. It's good to use for tracking and how we might be able to get a hold of that company and see if we can get them as our client next time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
