"Stress-Free Interview Experience with Ihiring's Human-Like AI interviewer "SAM""

What do you like best about ihiring.ai?

I was invited for a role I applied to at an Ohio-based product company. I received the interview invite over email and on my phone as well, which included all the information about the job position, the meeting link, and even timely reminders those actually helped a lot. Ihiring's AI interviewer "SAM" voice didn’t sound robotic or a bot, and it made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected. I also liked that way it explained the conceptual question and gave me a bit of time to think before answering, so I could collect my thoughts and give more logical responses instead of rushing. What do you dislike about ihiring.ai?

What problems is ihiring.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

As far as my observation ihiring.ai is mainly solving the problem of long, back-and-forth interview scheduling and making the first screening round a lot easier for both candidates and companies.

Instead of waiting for someone to set up a call, I could just complete the interview on my own time, which honestly saved me a lot of stress.

For me personally, it was helpful because the platform was simple to use, the AI voice felt more human than I expected, and I had enough time to think before answering.
