I like the variety of candidates on iHire and that I can find candidates who aren’t necessarily on other popular job sites. I also like that someone periodically checks in to see how things are going. The setup and searching were fairly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’d like to see what people are looking for compensation-wise. Regional and industry- or title-specific searches haven’t always been as easy as they said they would be, and they haven’t always pulled as many candidates as I’d like. About 50% of the people I find in the resume database are out of state. I’d also like to filter for in-person versus remote, since most of our jobs are in person.
