What do you like best about iGrafx?

Great tool to use in team settings to document as-is and to-be processes. Get immediate agreement across teams on where the work occurs (or should occur). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iGrafx?

Hard for new process modelers who don't know all the BPMN rules to create process models on-the-fly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iGrafx solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use iGrafx process modeler to document our business processes - it is a great tool to describe operational processes and identify the tools used by staff to perform their work. We also use iGrafx process modeler during requirement elicitation / business solution design sessions to clearly identify the work each team performs during new processes, and order the work must occur.
