What do you like best about Ignite Realtime Spark?

It's really intuitive and easy to use, transparency of users/roles is easy to view and categorize. It's used at an organization where staff are both in the room and remote so it's easy to coordinate amongst ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ignite Realtime Spark?

There's room for improvement on the design of the tool - the emojis are also extremely dated, it would be nice to have a wider variety - not a huge impact on usability, but it would be more fun! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ignite Realtime Spark solving and how is that benefiting you?

Working in a room that's extremely busy with calls and where staff isn't always available, it makes communication very easy to navigate, especially when teamwork is required on a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
