What do you like best about IDrive Online and SaaS Backup, Object Storage e2?

I like the fact that once my account is setup and connected to my accounts - iphone, MS365 and dropbox - all backups are automatic and I dont have to worry about them at all and having just checked the backup history - for the last month - the performance has been faultless and worry free - also the support and onborading has been fantastic too - when we first started out I had lots of questions which were all answered in a language I could understand - I am an end user with around 3Tb of crucial data and am not a tech so the UI has to be easy to understand - this data covers my businesses and my own personal digital life too - I use it from a mac without any issues at all the integration is seemless. Even thoiugh it was not a deciding factor in my purchasing decision - the pricing is VERY attractive and fair - I have not used any of the AI/Intelligence powered capabailities features so far - but might look at them later on if they can help my digital backup process. All our backups with iDrive are automated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IDrive Online and SaaS Backup, Object Storage e2?

hoestly - right now - I cannot think of anything that I dislike - usually, when working with new processes/apps, if I were to find soemthing that I truly disliked - I would stop using it and move on to something else - something I have not even thought of doing so far with iDrive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IDrive Online and SaaS Backup, Object Storage e2 solving and how is that benefiting you?

the main issue that iDrive is solving for me - is worry free backups of all my digital data - we use dropbox and icloud - which in theory are bomb-rpoof, but you can never really be too careful with a single online copy of your important data - so iDrive presented the ideal app to add an extra level of safety of our data - AND - its just so easy - I dont have to worry or think about it - in fact now, I have stopped thinking about it - iDrive is just working perfectly for my data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
