What do you like best about Identomat?

As a founder and business owner, I want to work with a team that is supportive and offers hands-on help. Easy to integrate and customize. The flow is customizable based on our needs. It offers less downtime; I have not actually seen any downtime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Identomat?

So far, nothing comes to mind. The system didn't support Armenian, but it's a nice market, and it is understandable why they wouldn't include it. It's easy to add a language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Identomat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We operate in three distinct markets: USA, EU, and Armenia. In all of these markets, Identomat is solving different sets of problems. In the US, they solve the issue of validating identification documents, while in the EU they solve the issue of the 3D Liveness test required by the Government.
