This makes understanding product functionality and using all features smart and useful. I also appreciate their open-minded approach and focus on clarifying things. They're great at developing new features while maintaining stable key products. I don't really have any major complaints about iDenfy. Any issues like mistakes, delays, or misunderstandings that have come up were handled well. They were communicated clearly with rational reasons, and I never felt like any important information was being hidden or that I was given misleading information. While I think the introduction or marketing of new products or features could be more focused on the proper combination with existing products for better efficiency, I understand it's not easy.
