What do you like best about iDenfy?

What I like best about iDenfy is the combination of a user-friendly interface, reliable performance, and a straightforward verification process. The UI is intuitive for both administrators and end users, and the integrations make it relatively easy to incorporate identity verification into existing workflows.

The platform performs well even when handling verification volumes, and the automation and AI-powered capabilities help make the process faster and more efficient. From a business perspective, it offers good value by reducing manual verification work and improving operational efficiency. What do you dislike about iDenfy?

What problems is iDenfy solving and how is that benefiting you?

iDenfy helps us tackle the challenge of securely verifying customer identities and meeting KYC requirements during onboarding. It consolidates identity verification, document checks, and related controls into a single platform, which makes the overall workflow easier to manage.

It also reduces our reliance on manual checks, gives us clearer visibility into verification results, and supports a more consistent onboarding experience for customers.
