What do you like best about Ideals Virtual Data Room?

Based on over four years of our company entrusting our VDR to Ideals, and using more and more of its functions, I appreciate the consistently user friendly navigation, 24/7 support should a question arise, transparent access from remote location, and reasonable pricing. The Ideals VDR has grown with our company, which has quadrupled revenues since we launched the dataroom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideals Virtual Data Room?

Minor points: When I grant access to the dataroom, outside users sometimes mistake for junk email the iDeals-generated invitation to complete sign-up for access to our dataroom. Also, once I initiate the invitation, the system does not allow me to add any user personal details into their profile--file authorization yes can always be modified, but title, phone, alternative email etc cannot be added. What problems is Ideals Virtual Data Room solving and how is that benefiting you?

Investment community access to corporate info, with different levels of access depending on whether they have signed NDA and other factors. This recently has included debt sources as well. The benefit for all parties is the enormous streamlining of information flow--such as not processing multiple info requests and sending discrete files via email.
