Once it's configured and up and running it is very convenient. I took over from another admin who had done the original set up work and had to make some changes. I had never used Ideagen before but found it was quite user firendly and when I struggled I was able to contact customer support who were brilliant and quickly helped me either find a solution or point me in the right direction.
