I have been using IDC multiple times for getting vendor shares on major tech companies, and it has always been really helpful. The reports on IDC are informative and exhaustive. Also, the keyword search on IDC gives out very related results. **What do you dislike about IDC?** IDC can focus on improving its customer support so that a quick solution is provided to the users. The customer support gives out the solutions, however the time taken by the support team is too much, which delays our project. **What problems is IDC solving and how is that benefiting you?** IDC provides very good tech reports and IDC tracker is also extremely helpful to get an overview on the entire market. I have been using IDC to get vendor data for many major tech giants and while triangulating the information with other sources, IDC has proved to provide a good data. ### 6.
