What do you like best about ID Plus?

It works on both Android and iPhone, and I find it very user-friendly. Previously, I relied on hard tokens, but switching to the RSA soft token has been much more convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ID Plus?

The setup process is a bit complicated, as I needed to download the RSA and share my ID with the admins so they could reactivate it if I ever change my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ID Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?

ID Plus has made my work much easier by addressing several major challenges. To begin with, I no longer need to remember numerous passwords, as it provides a single, secure login method. Additionally, it protects our data through robust security measures, which reassures me about the safety of our information. It also saves valuable time since I no longer experience delays caused by access problems or password resets.
