What do you like best about iContact?

I like the salesforce integration. It makes it easy to set up campaigns and view results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iContact?

The salesforce integration is a little glitchy/tricky at first and you kind of have to do a few workaround things, but once you figure out how to do that then setting up and sending campaigns is easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering iContact:

iContact is a user-friendly tool for email campaigns, though if you're using the Salesforce integration then you'll need to have some additional training/coaching to get it up and running seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're not really solving any problems with it, but I am able to send over open/click analytics to my sales team super fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
