What do you like best about iContact?

iContact is super easy to use and very straightforward. Everything feels simple and intuitive. Their customer service is awesome and so quick to respond, helpful, and great at fixing issues fast. It makes the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iContact?

There’s honestly not much to dislike. A few features could have a little more flexibility, but it doesn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything still works really well and feels easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iContact solving and how is that benefiting you?

iContact helps me manage my contacts and communicate with subscribers easily. Even though I ran into a couple of minor issues—like a mismatch in subscriber numbers and a post that didn’t go through—overall, it makes sending updates, newsletters, and promotional posts much simpler and saves me a lot of time.
