I like IconSystem for its centralized dashboard, which gives us a single view of all ideas, making it easy to monitor device status and identify issues quickly. The accurate asset tracking and ease of managing endpoints also make day-to-day IT administration much more efficient. Additionally, IconSystem helps us maintain visibility of IT assets and simplifies inventory management, which reduces the time spent managing devices and software across the organization. The search and navigation could be more intuitive, especially for new users. Some workflows take more clicks than necessary, and the overall interface feels a bit dated.
