What do you like best about Iconixx Sales?

A key piece we liked is the adaptability of the platform to meet our commission plan needs. Despite our effort to standardize commissions plans there are always exceptions and they frequently change. We were able to align the software to our needs instead of the other way around. Coming from a manual process, this is a huge step forward in efficiency and capability for the team. What do you dislike about Iconixx Sales?

This is a very short list. Given I have to pick something I would say that some parts of the application look a little antiquated but when it comes to a tool where the engine is only touched by a handful of admins I'll take function over form any day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Iconixx Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?

First and foremost it solved the issue of running commission calculations in Excel. Excel is great and worked well for many years but we simply outgrew it. We needed a platform that would not only allow us to manage plans more easily but also open up access to our own data. We can not only report on all existing data but will be able to forecast the impact of plan changes as well. Far more insight, accessibility, and accuracy of our own data.
