Although I really can't speak highly enough of the system itself, I think the most enjoyable part of this implementation project was working with the Iconixx team. The tool easily saves us several hours of manual calculation per week, but the process of working with the team to create a tool that eliminates user error and best fits our needs was not only easy, but enjoyable as well! I wish I better understood the process before beginning the project - the discovery phase was straightforward, but it can be easy to lose focus while the product is being built on the back end if you don't remain actively involved in the project. Everything came together perfectly during the testing phase and I couldn't be happier with the overall process and end result, but I feel like the hiccups, although extremely minor, could have been avoided.
