It's a proven tool that has a long track record of working well with hiring managers, HR staff and recruiters. Not as many fancy bells and whistles compared to newer ATS...it just works. The integrations are outstanding and working with approved vendors is key to getting it up and running quickly. Configuration is fairly flexible as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
