What do you like best about ICIMS?

iCIMS is a strong and reliable platform that supports many aspects of our recruiting and onboarding process. The system offers useful functionality, integrations, reporting, and growing AI capabilities that help improve our efficiency. The iCIMS team is very responsive, keeps us informed of new features and updates, and helps us explore ways to get the most value from the platform. They also provide great support with implementations and integrations ideas, such as reference checks, helping us maintain smooth recruiting and onboarding processes. What do you dislike about ICIMS?

At times, the amount of information and resources provided can feel overwhelming, making it difficult to determine what is most relevant. We have also experienced occasional challenges with candidates accessing or opening iForms, which can delay the onboarding process. What problems is ICIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

iCIMS is helping us centralize more of the recruitment and onboarding process within one system, including interview notes, offer letters, background check forms, and other related documentation. This allows us to keep candidate information in one place rather than relying on paper or separate online files, creating a more organized and efficient process.
