"User-Friendly Recruiting Platform with Flexible Admin Controls"

4.5/5

What do you like best about ICIMS?

iCIMS is user-friendly for recruiting team and gives user admin like myself more flexibility in controlling and configuring our platform to meet our business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ICIMS?

There are limitations when it comes to reporting. There is a set number of filters like 10 where if we want to have more filters, it won't allow that. The reporting itself is easy to pull however, with the reporting, hopefully with AI enabled, we can make the reporting more robust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ICIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

When we switched over to iCIMS from our previous ATS, it solves the problem of efficiency and user-friendliness. With iCIMS, we are able to quickly pull and report information we need, we are able to quickly see where the candidates' status on their application and quickly look up candidates in general.
