I like that ICIMS does everything for recruiting, eliminating the need for multiple programs. It communicates with candidates through email, webforms, and text messages, and posts to multiple job sites effortlessly. I also appreciate its curation and reporting capabilities, including great out-of-the-box dashboards for managers and non-recruiters. The recent integration with our HCM makes it communicate nearly seamlessly. My favorite feature is the iFORM with customizable templates, providing more power and options straight out of the box. There are a lot of settings in this feature-rich system, and sometimes we experience slight glitches. Often, these are user errors, but occasionally ICIMS admits to temporary glitches, although they resolve them quickly, they're noticeable. I was surprised that there isn't a true out-of-the-box integration with SAP SuccessFactors. The integration we implemented works great, but it did require some development effort, which always brings the potential for something breaking down the road.
