What do you like best about Icicle ERP?

Our onboarding experience was terrific. Romina and Katherine both did an excellent job getting our team onboarded.

I do think that our business case was very complex though, and it probably would have benefited from a team physically coming to our facility to sit down with our team for a few days and bang out the process instead of single meetings over a long period of time. I don't think this was a mistake from the onboarding team at all, but more something to consider in the future when onboarding complex clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Icicle ERP?

There is definitely an element of customization overload. I think this makes a great deal of sense when you are dealing with very technical administrators, but our team was not particularly technical, so this was a challenging part of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Icicle ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Icicle was solving the issue of traceability for our company. With this, we were hoping to loop in inventory, purchasing, and demand planning all into the same system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
