What do you like best about ichris?

iChris is made up of a cluster of modules which are customizable and robust. iChris with the use of short codes and simple screens also makes it easier for users to familiarize with the functions. The options for Report Designer and Position Navigator also has proven so helpful. The Self Service Portal is also good in boosting accessibility for all staff across the organization. iChris also as used at the company where I worked integrates a Workforce Management Platform - RotaOne which brings in staff time and attendance details. What do you dislike about ichris?

Tho reporting functionalities in the report designer is actually really robust, it requires certain excel skills to really analyze all those coming out of iChris as reports. I dont also like how the system has no validation checks on attachments etc that are attached on iChris especially on Self Service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ichris solving and how is that benefiting you?

iChris is actually good at centralizing payroll. Migrating standalone payroll-processing locations into one centralized iChris process location minimizes effort and saves a lot of time and cost, since there is only one payroll system processing payroll for a large company that requires centralization. iChris also has the capability to manage HRM data, keeping staff details updated and in the system. The onboarding module and the recruitment module are currently in talks to be onboarded, and from the demos it appears they can solve a lot of issues related to manual processes around onboarding and recruitment. Different business divisions usually process pay at individual locations using pronto, and with the integration of iChris, it was able to accommodate all staff HR data and manage payroll intelligently as well as utilizing the IWF module to streamline workflow approvals.
