What do you like best about Icertis Contract Management Software?

I like the user interface and the many functionalities for end-to-end contract management. I also like how easy it is to integrate Icertis Contract Management Software with other applications using its open API to share data. The built-in connectors, such as Salesforce and Adobe e-sign, offer a plug-and-play experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Icertis Contract Management Software?

We find some of the features, especially the AI options, are not very well thought through. There are so many separate AI products that we don’t know which one to use, and the licensing isn’t very well thought through either. Collaboration and AI capabilities could be improved. Word Online is also missing features, so we can’t work directly on documents and have to download and upload them. The setup is a long process: we need to onboard a lot of contract types and create a lot of master data, and implementing Icertis Contract Management Software from scratch can take around two years. I use Icertis Contract Management Software to maintain our contract repository and manage the end-to-end process—from drafting on our or third-party paper through reviews, team coordination, approvals, and electronic signatures—all on one platform, with appropriate access to agreements.
