It offers features such as contract authoring, workflow automation, contract analytics, and compliance management. **What do you dislike about Icertis Contract Management Software?** some time there will be signitures issue we have to re call and sent there will be no reminder email sent to vendor regarding e sign **What problems is Icertis Contract Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** its good to use, some times there will be error we need to co ordinate with our legal team and then it will work apparently ### 2. Used enterprise-wide for both buy and sell side, so it was nice to have one system across the organization and streamline updates, e-signature process, etc. things common for both sides, maintenance support, etc., and ability to maintain separate access for all different user roles. **What do you dislike about Icertis Contract Management Software?** Though the vendor is flexible and allowed us to customize as we want, the customizations were a pain to maintain during the upgrade process. The implementation team was very flexible - which is a negative in this case as they didn't advise on best practices and we ended up spending a long time undoing what we had implemented. Also, very lengthy implementation and onboarding process. System is not intuitive and users require a lot of support. **What problems is Icertis Contract Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We implemented this to automate our contract lifecycle management and have checks and balances in place (i.e. no contract can be created against a n expired parent agreement)etc., a searchable repository and data that can be used for reporting and metrics. ### 3. The only feature I like is the "Refine search here" field which allows you to quickly filter the list of contracts to find the one you are looking for. **What do you dislike about Icertis Contract Management Software?** I could spend hours talking about everything I don't like: Elastic search synch, Editing a field in a contract, not being able to filter the Supporting Document list per contract, Need to publish your contract type form changes and take the system offline for 10 minutes. I could go on. **What problems is Icertis Contract Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allowed us to replace multiple contract applications with one. That could have been achieved with any CLM offering on the market today. The experience gained deploying Icertis has allowed us to know what we're looking for as a replacement ### 5.
