"Flexible Contracts and Powerful Search Features"

4/5

What do you like best about Icertis Contract Management Software?

I appreciate the flexibility in contract types and the search functions available within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Icertis Contract Management Software?

The system’s complexity makes it very difficult to train users and challenging to use for anyone who isn’t working in it on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Icertis Contract Management Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Icertis, we were storing agreements in SharePoint and tracking KPIs in a spreadsheet, or using Docuware. There was no cross-company, global visibility into our agreements, even when we were working with the same vendor. Now we can collaborate on agreement terms and create global agreements. We’re also kept aware of when agreements are reaching their term, and notifications can be sent for renewal so we remain continually covered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
