What do you like best about IcebergIQ?

The team at IcebergIQ treated us like we were their most important client, even though our research project was on the small side. We had an experienced team that invested the time on the front end to learn our business, our typical customers, our products, and the competitive landscape. When it came time to perform the interviews, the materials provided were thorough and insightful, and the final analysis report provided us with even more than we could have asked for and even uncovered other areas of improvement we didn't know we had. What do you dislike about IcebergIQ?

What problems is IcebergIQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

IcebergIQ assisted us with a churn research project to gain better insights into key reasons for customer churn and to ensure that we were hearing directly from customers via a neutral third party.
