I really appreciate iCapture for streamlining our lead capture process during events. Before using iCapture, we were bogged down by the inefficiency of using Excel or Google Sheets to record our interactions with customers and prospects on site. The real-time capability of iCapture impresses me as it allows us to immediately capture transactions and integrate those leads into Salesforce effortlessly. This has drastically improved our efficiency and effectiveness in handling event leads. Furthermore, I love how easy it is to use and set up iCapture; this user-friendliness greatly enhances our experience.
