What do you like best about ICaaS?

We were able to enhance our GDPR compliance with the assistance of ICaaS. Many routine chores such as subject access requests and data deletion are performed by the platform, which saves the time of my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ICaaS?

As for the data findings, I believe they to be quite restrained. The platform does not provide detailed data insights of our customers, which could be useful in spotting trends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ICaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I find that with many processes being manual it streamlines them and helps us adhere to the necessary regulations from an ICaaS standpoint.
